I visited today for the first time with my very nervous lurcher for nail clipping. Rachael was so accommodating and calm and made it look so easy when many other professionals have not been able to do the job. I am so grateful for her patience and skill and we will definitely be back - I feel confident that Rachael will help Stella overcome her fear with regular visits. We cannot thank you enough for today ❤️

Have been coming here for just shy of a year and can honestly say what a wonderful place. My dog is a) cheeky and b) anxious, but they take such good care of him and he always comes out looking (and smelling!) amazing! Everyone who works there is lovely and friendly and I love getting something from their shop after to treat him with! Love that they do the themed photos and tinsel on there leads for Christmas too! Very thoughtful ❤️

I had been recommended by another of their customers, and I couldn't be happier. They took care of my dogs grooming needs and he looks and smells amazing.

I have had to go through quite a few groomers to find the right one for my GSD. I must say although I have moved away from my home town Bath, but I make the journey every month to come and have my dog groomed with Rachael, she is superb with Shepherds, gentle kind and my dog absolutely loves her! 5* simply isn’t enough, everyone is supper friendly and it always smells nice. I definitely recommend. Thank you Rachael for always making my dog and I smile! ✨

Incredible place. Not only did the lovely ladies manage to squeeze me in ridiculously last minute - when I turned up to take my dog away he didn’t want to leave! Was very happy just having a hug with one of the groomers. Beautiful little shop as well, so perfect for me to grab a treat on the way out. Super service from the initial phone call right the way through to having a very happy dog return to me. Already booked the next appointment and highly recommend you do as well. Thank you

Absolutely fantastic dog groomers. Our two dogs have been looked after wonderfully by the team at Millionhairs for years and we couldn't recommend them highly enough! The dogs are always so excited to show off their new trims when they're done and you can see how much they've loved the pampering!! There is also a huge amount of knowledge and experience in the team, with the advice they share being absolutely priceless. Real experts in their field - keep up the great work guys!!

I used to bring my pampered westie Molly some years ago and although she was never a fan of the groomers I knew she was in safe hands. She came out looking whiter than white , looking and smelling fabulous 😀. Here with my daughter
